Where would i be able to find literature that states for Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia that store owners or property owners can have camera's and/or camera's with audio recording devces or audio recording devices.
Basically, i need something so that i can prove to the owner that they are not breaking the law and that i can show them.
I appreciate your help!

In my opinion you will find no such laws in any of these jurisdictions relating to your issue simply because store or property owners have the absolute right to install such devices in, on, or about their respective properties without any affirmative imprimatur from the government permitting them to do so.
If you're looking for literature describing such devices and how they operate, I'm sure you can find an ample supply of such advertising online or in almost any electronics
retailer's store.
