Trade-in Used Vehicle Pay Off
Who is responsible (Dealer or Customer) for obtaining the exact pay-off loan amount for a trade-in vehicle? If the sale is final and the owner is off by $100, who is required to pay?

The facts are not entirely clear for this situation but probably the owner of the vehicle will have to pay the shortfall.
