Have you considered filing for bankruptcy? That would stop any garnishments and collection actions and allow you to get back on your feet. Consult a bankruptcy lawyer in your area or contact me for a referral.

We would need some more detail than that. I assume you are having your wages garnished?

You should explore whether they are taking out too much. I don't know the formula by heart, but you should make sure that they are giving you credit for any dependents that you have, and calculating the amount correctly.

Your payroll department is supposed to deduct only 25% of your pay that is ABOVE a certain minimum. They might be calculating it incorrectly.

If someone is garnishing your bank, you need to immediately change banks (open a new bank account) and change any direct deposit that you have to the new bank. That is, assuming that they are taking out mroe than you can afford to live on.
