Complaint on Retailer - Dillard's

I have a complaint regarding Dillard's handling of my credit account. I live in Virgnia but they are incorporated in Arkansas. To whom should I send my complaint?

I would send to main office and direct it to the named director of the division or his/ her supervisor.
