Debs and Bankruptcy

If a Court Orders a person to paid some money he owes

to the other party,can he go bankruptcy in order not to

follow the court order and NOT pay ?

If the answer to the above question is positive, then

how do I go, or what I can do to collect the money

ordered by the court to me?

Yes, the other person can file bankruptcy if he/she is eligible to do so. Unless the debt is nondischargeable, it will be discharged and cannot be collected.
