Debt Repayment Agreement
If I have had a standing repayment agreement with a medical facility and have continually made my monthly payments as agreed between them and us mutually, and am still making the payments even though they no longer send me monthly statements and are threatening a lawsuit, can they do anything like that even though the agreement is being followed religiously on my part?
