Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

defective Huggies diapers

We have discovered some defective Huggies diapers. While changing diapers, I found a sharp object attached to a diaper. The object is light blue, about 9 inches long, very slim. On one end it has a very sharp tip that could easily piece a child's delicate skin. I removed that object from the diaper. After that incident, whenever I use a Huggies diaper, I started to inspect closely for any foreign objects. Very soon I found another similar object attached to another size 4 diaper. It's of the same color, about 4 inches long. It also has a very sharp tip. This time I left the object attached to the diaper and saved the diaper. What can I do about it?

Re: defective Huggies diapers

Zip, other than calling Huggies to report your possibly inimical discoveries, since your verifiable damages at this juncture would appear to be just that, namely ZIP.
