Deleting derogatory credit listings after court dismissal

If a civil court judge has dismissed, with prejudice, a case filed against me by a credit lender, can the negative listing associated with that creditor be deleted from by credit report?

Under the circumstances you described the credit reporting agency would have a duty to remove the derogatory information as soon as you dispute it under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. If not, you could sue them. Type FCRA into Google for more.
