Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

My home loan is in my name only but my husband's name is on the title. His only source of income is his social security. He is being sued due a balance left after an auction of a repossessed boat. Can they come after our home since his name is on the title?

No, not if you jointly hold title with him by what's called

TENANTS BY THE ENTIRETIES and you have no responsibility for the

claim on the repossessed boat.
