Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Judgement

The credit card co. told me they were going to have a judgement against me. I settled with them and asked that the judgement not be on my credit report. They advised they were going to do so anyway and it would say ''paid in full''. It has not shown up on my credit report as of yet (judgement was filed 6-13 & paid a month ago.

Is there any way I can have it erased?

Re: Judgement

No, but you could submit your 250 word or less statement to the major credit reporting agencies, giving your version of the facts.
