federal process
I was arrested by federal MPs charged with 3 misamenors, read my rights, I ask for an attorney and they released me without finger printing or taking my picture what is wrong here?

Who knows, but if something went awry with the officers' expected procedures, it could work in your favor.
The main thing to consider at this stage would appear to be whether you have been served with papers requiring you to appear before some court.
If not, it's possible that the misdemeanor matters may have already been dismissed.
