Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My son was arrested on March26th 2009, For felony grand larnecy and issused a PB15 probation violation on other crimes. My question is he has been there six months and yet to be sentenced on either charge they keep putting it off due to defense attorney it has went back to grand jury and true bill was issused. So what do you think we are looking at?
