Victims rights
My brother and his wife commited innsurance fraud a year ago. I have recently come to find out they used my property to file this claim... This past week the police came to my house and had a warrant for my laptop computer. They have it. What are my rights and when will I get my property back?

You laptop computer will be returned to you whenever it has served its function as evidence in the investigation and prosecution of those who used it to commit the insurance fraud and/or other crimes which the cops are now or may be investigating for possible prosecution.
