Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Virginia

my job

iwas dimiss from my job in jan.07 i was told that they where doing away with my job,but there is another employee that comes to work smelling of beer comes in late and has been written up many of times. i feel that they discriminated so they didn' have to give me my health ins

Unless the alleged discrimination involved one of the federally protected categories such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, age, etc., I regret to report that you are likely without a remedy.
