Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Virginia

Workplace intimidation

I have been called into the head atty office because of complaints by another employee that she has to fix my mistakes all the time (the meeting never covered an actual mistakes created by myself). the employee making the statement about my mistakes has turned other employee's against me. The head atty said that he has not fired me but that i will not have a desk to return to on monday since he has given it to a new hire and i would have to where to work. there is another desk(empty). i am refinancing my home the loan company has verified my employment but the apraiser will be calling and if they say i am no longer employed then i will be in a very bad financial situation. i am 57 years old and cannot afford to be with out work. i have great work ethics as told to me by the boss at the meeting but the clash with the other employee is the problem. please help.

Re: Workplace intimidation

Get your facts together and ask for an intervention, so that everyone can settle down and get back to work. If you are the problem, you will have only two choices: fix yourself so that the clashes stop, -- or leave. The house refinancing has nothing to do with what you need to accomplish at work.
