I was charged with illegal use of alcohol Do I need a lawyer. (I am 20 and was stopped and tested for drinking but was not over the limit.)

Yes, get a lawyer if you can afford to hire one. Otherwise, talk to the local prosecutor on the morning of your scheduled hearing(before your case is called) and see whether you can get what's called a deferred disposition.
