Can I file for sole custody of my daughter when I currently have joint/physical custody of her?

Yes, but unless you can advance a good reason for doing so, meaning that there has been a change in one of the numerous factors bearing on the best interests of the subject child which would likely be best addressed by having sole custody invested in you, the court would be unlikely to grant your motion for sole physical and legal custody.
