If the father of my baby is a minor, and three people have joint custody of the childs father who pays the child support?

The only persons legally responsible to support the baby are you and the father, even if the father is a minor. None of the father's custodians have a legal duty to support the baby, although there is nothing to prohibit them from helping the father with support. You may wish to contact your local office of the State Department of Social Services Division of Child Support Enforcement.
