Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My father has custody of my children. I filied to have unsupervisied visitiation but, my dad says he hasn't seen a change in me. I have done what the court has said for me to do. What do I need to do now? It has been 2yrs since I lost custody due to a mistermentor charge on my oldest child.
