Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my fiance pays 800$ a month for his two children. he sees them every thursday and everyother weekend. when it was order that he pay the 800$ he was living at home and had no bills. now he has a place of his own so the children would have thier own room when they came. what can we do to get the support ammended? he works so much overtime so he can pay the support and keep up the house and bills for the kids. also what can we do so that he can claim a child every year for taxes.
