A Bill of Particulars is simply a formalized pleading setting forth what you are asking for. You want to set forth the facts and why you want your child. There may be forms on the internet, but you may be able to find an attorney to help you. Good luck, and contact me directly if I can help in any way.

The very fact that you are asking this question, unfortunately, in a very inarticulate and ungrammatical way, indicates that you are very much in need of an attorney who is knowledgeable in Virginia family law matters and who will be able to write a Bill of Particulars for you that may give you a fighting chance to win your case.
