Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

this is a follow-up to a previous question i asked about changing locks after one spouse has moved back home. i realize that both parties are co-owners until settled in court but my problem is that my spouse's mother and stepfather also have keys and i do not want them coming in my home while i am away or at work.
