Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex wants full joint custody of our 10 year old daughter. We have already been to court and established custody 9 years ago as joint custody with me as sole proprietor. He is a convicted felon. What kind of rights does he have? Can he be granted this with his background?

order was entered, your current custody order should continue as it is unchanged.

Custody, visitation, and support are modifiable. The court looks to best interests of child.

Good luck. Attorney Sheryl Shane. WEB: www.sherylshanelaw.com.
