what last name can i give my child?

I am in the middle of a divorce. I am about to give birth to our child one month before the divorce is final. Can I give the baby my maiden name as her last name and him still have to pay child support?

Yes, you can, but if there's a property settlement agreement (PSA), it should be amended to reflect these various matters including, of course, a provision for the newborn's support.
