Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My husband and I are getting a non contested divorce. we still live in the same house but in seperate rooms. our children are grown and last night 2/3/11 he got up in our 19 year old daughters face yelling and then shoved her . He didnt leave any marks . but then he also mooned her as well can she legally call the police and press charges on him for shoving her and indecent exposure ? and him still living in the home. is there anything we can do ?
