Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My husband and I are having problems, but it all surrounds in niece that is constantly giving him bad information about our marriage. She wants him to spend at least five days a week with her, and feels that because they are close he should disregard our marriage. My husband locked me out because of differences, and today I received a letter from office forbadding me to come on the property. He has my personal belongings and has move some of my things into a storage facility. I know that the niece has a lot to do with it, because she put him out before he and I got married. The mental anquish is unbearable, and I just don't know what to do at this point. She has left messages on home phone about she and he spending the holidays together, and I don't have inviitation, she has turned the family against me with lies, she has treaten to call my job with lies to get me fired. My husband is not a bright person, she even has turned my friends against me that I introduced my husband to, and continues to lie about her motives. What can I do?

First, reclaim your right to reenter your marital home (with the help of local

law enforcement, if necessary).

Then, schedule a consultation with a local attorney who handles domestic relations matters and who should be able to provide you with further competent legal advice as to your situation.
