my husband signed the divorce property settlement agreement.Our divorce is not yet final.He signed nov.28, 2011.Now he wants to get it out the agreement can he do this?

No, not too likely. (You might want to take the signed document to

the clerk's office of the circuit court where the other divorce papers

have been [or will be] filed and file it there.)
