I have joint legal custody of my childen with my children's father and i have physcial custody of them . He has liberal visitatation. what exactly does liberal visitation means?

The problem with "liberal visitation" is that there is no exact definition and like beauty, it can mean different things to different people, particularly, in the context of a custody and visitation court order.

The phrase should be generally avoided in such orders as it can

often be a source of contention between those parents who have

primary physical custody of children such as yourself and the parents

who do not such as apparently the father in your case.

And, furthermore, if the two of you cannot agree as to what liberal visitation may mean in your particular case, then you may have to pay lawyers to take it back before a judge to decide the matter.
