power of attorney

My wife granted POA to our friends without my consent or knowledge or signature through military legal, now that we are having marital issues my wife wants to send our 3 kids to stay with them for 2-3 months, i dont give permission for my kids to go, is this document legal and how can i fight it?

You should send written notice(certified if you like) to these "friends" informing them that

the POA is invalid since you have equal "say so" with your wife, so to speak, regarding any custodial arrangements involving your children, and that you have not given your permission either in the POA nor any other documents for these folks to take custody of your children for any period of time whatsover.

And, if for whatever reason you yourself do not feel inclined to write such a letter, then give the task to an attorney.
