Re: Power over person

Was or is stationed in Virginia (presumably in the military in the Commonwealth)? Why, of course, the Commonwealth has power over your person (even though you allege residence in Florida) after you were pulled over on I-95 by a state trooper for allegedly exceeding the posted speed limit by some 15 mph, and then giving the trooper permission to search the trunk of your vehicle where some seemingly small amount of contraband drug was discovered.

Yep, the 'Ole Commonwealth sure has power over you now.
