Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife and I are getting a divorce and we are now seperated but legally as of yet. I have a vehicle that the title is in my name and I am making payments on the loan. Does my wife have any rights to the vehicle and do I still take full responcibilty to her needs and can the state police do anything if she calls them? She has her own vehicle that is in her name.

Yes, she can make a claim to it. Not a police matter, but people make false claims to police all the time. You need to see an attorney.
