Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

i know my ex wife has remarried and yet i am still paying alimony. I have no money for attorneys etc. how can i request that alimony stop in virginia. I live overseas and am not in area.

If you're in the military, see the JAG officer who is designated to assist your unit

with legal problems/issues.

If not, you're pretty much out of luck until you can afford to hire a Virginia attorney who can file a motion in your behalf with the court to terminate your former wife's award of alimony.
