deposit on furniture

I sold my bedroom furniture on craigslist. The lady gave me a $100 check deposit and said to cash it because she was buying it adn to consider it sold. Now she wants her deposit back because she changed her mind about buyng it. Do i have to refund her?

I'd say that the lady has bought herself some furniture and that no refund is required.
