What is the fine for some kids leaving flaming bag of poop on my doorstep?

Fine, why settle for a fine when Va. Code Sec. 18.2-77 requires a

minimum sentence of five years in the state penitentiary for one convicted

of burning a dwelling house? (And, yes, technically, that could include any part of such a house.)
