Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

if you place an order online and receive confirmation that the payment was made through your credit card, yet you never receive the service and the company refuses to answer your email inquiries....can you sue? what is the cause of action for such a lawsuit?

yes, you can sue. But, you should first contact your credit card company and tell them of the situation. Many will back charge the seller and credit your account immediately.
