what do i do when my lawyer doesn't call

In N.J a lawyer handling a case of probation voliation.He tells me it is being dismissed.There was no violation. In VA I need to go to court and prove this. My lawyer won't return my calls. The judge won't believe me

The New Jersey court should be able to provide you with a certified copy of the order of dismissal, if in fact the probation violation matter is dismissed. Lawyers, however, who consistently refuse to communicate with their clients and to respond to client calls without good excuse, should be reported to their respective bar associations.
