Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Making payments on car,contract signed to make payments ive follewed contract payments ,title in my name with no liens seller refuse to take payments for car because they wont car back or full remaing balance but contract doesnt state payment can be received on demand so seller has filed a warrant in detinue against my question is should i file a harrasment or counter suit towards since she has made statments demanding her car back without giving me my money back my tires have been slashed she has come to my job demanding all the cash at once she tryn to force me to sign a new contract and i wont do it what do i need to do and should i take a lawyer to court with me ? Title no liens in my name .seller refuses to take payments and is constantly harrassisng me for remaing balance in full even though im following agreement .wtf do i do to get this b....... Of my back ?

handle it on your own through efforts that appear thus far
