Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

If I signed a contract with my parents, which has been notarized, and they are the only ones with a copy of it, is it still legally binding?

Why, yes, of course, but if you're still a minor under age 18, you could

always disaffirm it and it could then not be enforced.
