i work for a non profit organization,as a software engineer on h1b, thinking of filing my Green card.......

what is the advantage of filing Green card with a non profit organiation under EB2 category...........

does it makes the process faster

No, the processing time is the same for non-profits as well as for-profit organizations for the EB-2 petition.
