Re: Public Access Files in immigration

Let me just say that you are wise to try to obtain some counsel with regard to the files because software companies just seem to be on the top "hit" list for the DOL. Our firm does consultation for businesses with regard to all forms of filings via the Department of Labor. We incorporate training and followup, and work pretty much close to the vest for our clients. If you want to discuss our being of help, call my office or email me and we can discuss a mutual agreement. Take care and Good luck!

I mainly do tech work, but we have two attorneys who only do immigration work and they could assist you with this. We have a paralegal who goes to client's offices in Louisiana, Texas and Florida to assess our client's compliance, but that would probably not be necessary in your case; it just depends on how big your company is right now.
