Health Insurance Denial

I recently applied for health insurance on-line. I was denied coverage due to my "build." That is what the letter of denial stated. I am overweight. There was no reference to anything else other than my build. Is this legal?

"Unfortunately, we are unable to consider your application due to your build."

"We regret that our decision could not have been more favorable.

An insurance company cannot be forced to accept customers. Frankly, I would not go to an on line insurance broker. Just sounds fishy. I don't think you have a case.
