Rescinding Resignations
Being investigated for alleged Inappropriate Behavior and was advised to resigned it would go away. Company accepted resignation but is now coming back 3 months later and rescinding resignation and terminating. Is this legal?

Probably, unless you had a binding agreement with the company that would have prevented them from engaging in this kind of adverse post resignation
action.
