I work at a motel me and my spouse the question we have is the owner forces us an all employees to live here on the site an we also have to pay weekly for our stay is this legal?

No, I wouldn't think so; sounds like it might be a form of
servitude in violation of the 13th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
