Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I am a 21 year old dependent living at home with my mother and father, as a full time student I can only work part time. What is the Virginia State policy on kicking out dependents form house holds when both my mother and my father own the house jointly. My mother make threats to kick me out and my father tells me its not going to happen. I do not pay rent or contribute to the household income, but I do chorse around the house. Can she kick me out of the house without a joint decsion for both her and my father? What kind of rights do I have as a dependent? I would move out because the enviroment is not emotionaly healthy but I dont have the money, and it is hard to live with the constant threats of being thrown out.
