Refund of Security deposit
My landlord refuses to return our security deposit.We vacated our house as per the lease aggrement and despite of repeated messages my land lord did not for a walk through and started living in the house.Now he claims that he will not refund the deosit and mentiones that the house was not clean and also he is charging for all the repairs during our stay in the house(though he did not say this when the repairs were done)Kindly advice us.

You could file suit in small claims court and make the landlord prove all of it.
