Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

will the last known address I have be sufficient?

I filed an unlawful detainer against a sublessee who hadn't paid, and was awarded possession. However, she didn't show up for court, and I have another hearing soon to establish final rent and damages. I'm supposed to send her a notice of *that* hearing at least 15 days prior to it, but the last known address I have for her is the apartment that I evicted her from. Will that address do or do I have to somehow find out what her latest one is, though I have no idea where she is now?
