Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

malpractice

Dr. did knee surgery in 03 and 04 and i lost 25% use of this leg and it hurts and cannot straighten it out all the way. kept me on meds for 5 years and no xrays or mri for 3 years

Does what you've described here in your question amount to medical practice? Very hard to say; many more relevant facts and information would be needed before even a tentative determination might be reliably made on this issue.
