Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Hi. I brought a car for $11000 on Feb 2010. The dealer from whom i purchased showed me the carfax which was clean. There were no accidents mentioned on it. But after some days i was checking the carfax and found an accident reported in June 2007. Can i put a cheating case against. What are the evidences, i need to show for this. I am not sure about the law i selected below. please help me regarding this

Did you get the copy the dealer showed you? You need to consult an attorney. You may have claims for fraud and violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act among other claim. Feel free to contact me if you need help or a referral. Good luck.
