Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

I was in a car accident in 2003. I hired an attorney to handle my case. Hey took care of all my medical bills or so i thought until i pulled my credit report to find he did not pay one of my bills .What should i do.

Better write him a letter and find out the reason. If no response, then telephone if you have a contact number. If you're still unable to contact him or elicit a response from these various efforts, then consider filing a complaint with the Virginia State Bar.
