Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Obgyn Malpractice

I had an underweight baby in 1997 and another in 2001. Both were born prematurely due to preclampsia. I just lost my third child at 36 weeks due to the same. The doctors knew this, it was in my records, and I told them countless times. They treated me like a normal pregnancy (not high risk). A couple weeks before delivery I had contractions, weight and blood pressure shot up. They did nothing. When I called the office complaining with uterine pain and back pain that wouldn't go away, they connected me with a midwife, not the doctor. She said it was probably a bladder infection and to call back in an hour. When I called she wasn't home. Her husband paged her and she called me back 15 minutes later telling me to go to the hospital. Bleeding started, and became so severe that my kidneys failed.

Do I have a case? There's more info, but I can't fit it here.Thank you in advance, Heartbroken Mommy

Re: Obgyn Malpractice

medical malpractice case, but, obviously,(as you allude to) much more information is needed.
